Os Giken (cosworth) Make A Forged Pistons For Rb25det?

hi all

i just got an offer for my forged pistons. the guy stated that it was an os giken rb25det forged pistons.

AFAIK, os giken only made stroker kit for 3.0L. could it be a custom order? or its just a standard cast pistons?

i will supply some pics from the owner tomorrow.

How do you get an offer - yet someone is stating they are something else?

Do you not have any idea what pistons you have?

i put a thread on WTB section.

he stated that it cost $2K new, and its standard bore (86mm). i know CP, wiseco, venolia forged RB25det etc2, but i never heard of os giken making forged rb25det. well i read somewhere in gtroc that u can custom order for rb26.

i'm just trying to clarify whether its a forged or a cast. what clearance to they use? etc
