I don't have one but I'm guessing it shouldn't. Should have it's own standalone battery for backup. This said, it isn't a standalone ECU so it may not have that level of advance.

No it will not lose memory, it gets written to the flash memory, unless you've short it, then there's nothing to worry about :blink:

I had a VAFC2 in a Prelude, removed it and installed it into my ITR about a year later. It was still set to the Prelude settings.

and now i have an SAFC2 in my R33, and i bought it off a dude that had it tuned in an Evo i think, and it was still at those settings too.

That, and i had my R33 battery disconnected for 3 months while i was away. Settings = win.

Managed to leave lights on, and drain battery

Just wondering if this resets the tuned SAFC2 that I have?

Yeah I had mine (S-AFC) on a car with a disconnected battery for nearly 12 months but still retained all the settings once i plugged everything back in.
