hi i was wondering if methanol is the same as ethanol does anyone know i have done a search but couldnt find anything.

forgot to mention just blind with methanol tez lolz + acidosis = CNS depression + angiopathies

ethanol is alcohol, the stuff thats in spirits and gets u drunk

metholated spirits is ethanol + small quanity methanol; the name is to throw alcoholics off buying it to get intoxicated, the added meth is just toxic and will kill you.

same as nitrous oxide filling for your car; they mix sulphur so its disgusting to smell and hence you cant abuse the anaesthesic effects of it.
