Hey i went to an auction today and had a look at an r33 gts-t.

There are a few things missing from it but nothing major......the thing that concerns me is the tag that sits on the left hand side of the firewall (usually blue in colour) is missing.....but the auction assures me the car can still be registered......the other 2 tags are there

What i want to know is say in 1 yr when i want to sell the car...will this detur ppl from purchasing the car.(if that tag is missing)

I had a look at my mates 33 and the tag im talking about is full of jap writing and has nothing to do with australia/compliance/rego purposes.

What do you guys think.............plz help as i really like this car.

The blue plate is the engine spec plate put on the car at the time of manufacture. It specifies car model, engine model, serial # and some other weird stuff. Mine is in english. Attached is a pic of it, with the serial # blurred out.

I wouldn't buy a car with this missing, could a rebirth or might have had an engine swap / vin swap.

Your call :)
