im pretty sure you are NOT meant to earth an alloy radiator .. I just spoke to PWR and they actually VOID WARRENTY if you earth it out. If you have electrolisis you need to sought it out with an Auto Elec BEFORE you install your new radiator..

id be suprised if the guys making the cheap radiators even know what they are.... my experience is they get plans and make shit with no knowledge of what the part does...

In fact most guys who get gear made there make sure it is nearly impossible to track the item to particular models and makes... it stops the manufacter back dooring your product to other markets.

Do you keep the OEM fan shroud when you install an alloy rad which has no integral fans?

My R32 GTR rad sits on rubber mounts and has rubber mounts on top. The fan shroud is plastic. I'm not sure where I'd fine conductivity. Maybe I'm missing something?
