Hey guys.

I'm Mitch and im down from Adelaide this weekend.

I'm looking at a gtst wreck tomorrow morning whilst I'm over.

Now I don't want to get it back home in Adelaide and discover the engine has bad compression ,

what's the best option for a Sunday morning in Vic to get a comp test. Do the racv do them or what ?

Or should I write something up and get the seller to sign it ?

Only reason I want to get it done is the last engine I bought had bent valves

I'm staying in sunbury

Thanks in advance!!

-Mitch

well what I did and much cheaper.

if the motor turns over, go to the local autobahn, (there is one in sunbury) and buy a compression tester and a spark plug remover..

then u not only ahve an asset u can use again but you saved money.

oh and don't think racv do comp test, State roads do, but not sure if they do inspections on a sunday.
