This is the setup I will be running on my 32, will be making ~500rwhp and be a street driven (not daily), track and burnout car..

Retain standard engine fan (new with unclipped blades)

Standard shroud (un-notched, old one had to notch for cooler piping)

R32 GTR radiator (had one of those ally ones from the groupbuy, not real happy with it so going back to the GTR rad)

RB20 OEM water pump (thinking about getting a custom modified one locally that will flow more and cavitate less.. is more flow a good or a bad thing?)

Stock 76.5deg thermostat

Aircon removed

GTR cooler with bottom and sides ducted to radiator

Air diversion panel or whatever they're called (will be custom running from headlight to headlight)

2x 11" thermo fans unshrouded on front of radiator

Ducted oil cooler under guard with thermo fan

I'm hoping this will keep temps in check under all conditions, the main thing I'm worried about is the burnouts..
