power steering lines - rb conversion

Im currently putting an rb20 into my 180sx and after putting the r32 crossmember in i can't run the 2 power steering lines along the front of the crossmember as is the way with the old one..

Does anyone know if R32 lines will work or do i need custom ones made?

I have an RB20 in my 180. You don't say why you can't run them in front of the cross member?? Give me some more info so i can try and help?

So u didnt have this problem? did u put it in yourself?

The new crossmember sits in a differant spot (slightly forward), so the 2 metal power steering lines that usualy follow along the front of the old crossmember can't follow that same path. Also the point where one of the lines screws into is very close to the mount itself.

i have an R32 crossmember as well, the lines run where you said, but mine is not a 4 wheel steer so I've only 1 that runs in front of the x member, they don't look mondified How much do your not fit by, A lot or just a bit???
