Just picked up my car from the mechanic last night.

my car sounds so good above 4000rpm!

I got a spacer, z-tube and pop charger installed.

the pop charger sounds so awesome above 4000rpm....apparently these mods are meant to improve fuel economy...I can see its having the reverse effect!

In terms of sound, I highly recommend.

In terms of power gains? hard to say, Ill benchmark it against my mates car amd I'll find out

Awsum, how much did u pay all up and were bouts u get it done.

I got my service and install done at pro Concept West Ryde. They seem to be well regarded, and I agree. very professional.

parts were:

$295 for the motordyne iso thermal spacer

$295 for z tube and pop charger.

Standard install for spacer, tube and air intake is $140

But my spacer had an extra gasket and the popcharger had the heatshield...so was charged an extra 60 for the additonal labour needed ($200 total).

It will improve, But if you drive around with your RPMs above 4000????

Agreed~~ :)

planning for any exhaust mods? it would sound even nicer~ :)

gents,

the reason why I think fuel economy will decline.....

is cause I keep revving it above 400rpm, to hear that awesome growl!

4000?

shiiiiiet son I redline on take off! lol jokes

seriously though I'm getting an exhaust on saturday and I will be resetting my stock ecu so it can start remapping around the exhaust

no spare cash for an air fuel controller right now :)

congrats on the mods btw you seem very happy with them, any before and after dyno figures planned?
