Hey guys, just thought I'd drop in and say hi, recently became the very happy owner of my first Skyline, have loved Skylines since I was a kid and always wanted one so it was nice to fulfill a childhood dream, my car is a R33 basically stock but I have plans to slowly do it up.

New to car lingo too so hopefully can learn a few things here.

Cheers,

Nate.

Awesome! Welcome...

I don't think that you will regret the decision to purchase one. Im sure you will be hard pressed in finding someone on here that will tell you otherwise.

:) Best of luck with it all...

Justin

Welcome to the RB family bro, what plans u got for the 33? U aimin to get much power?

Ben

Honestly I'm not sure, basic things first.

Just got rid of my stock rims and put some 18s on which look much better... next I'm thinking exhaust, and everyone keeps on mentioning front mount intercooler.... /shrug

Have a few bits and pieces to fix, ie the sound system is in a bad way :D but I'm enjoying spending time with my car that's for sure!

Nice looking car u got there bro

Well you'll be doing the right thing by upgrading the exhaust first,,theres a lot of power to b gained if u get a good free flowing exhaust happening.

Front mount, not neccessary, unless you're gonna be running a lot of boost or aiming for more than 200kw.

Yeah these are real fun cars to drive, i never get tired of driving mine :P

Enjoy it

Thanks ben,

I'll be looking into an exhaust sometime this week, I doubt I'll be running higher boost any time soon.. but yeah I've had nothing but fun driving her around.

Hope it continues for a long time too! ;)

Cheers,

Nate.

Yeah I stole the rims off of some random bloke... he never saw it coming.

As for the boost, if I keep hanging around you blokes I'm sure it will inevitably go higher one day haha.
