Just so you know,

i have no issues with tyres hitting gaurds, as quarters will be getting flared to fit the tyre.

i use this car on street only, i dont want semi slicks, but want grip from take off, changing gear etc.

been considering tyres like 285s or 295s or even higher, but not sure. car is rb26 200kw rear wheel drive only and will be increasing. NEED GRIP!

Also a question been on my mind " WILL WIDER TYRES LAST LONGER THAN THINNER TYRES? "

Theoretically yes but the whole need to put bigger tyres on a car is because ya running more power so you'll go through them as fast or faster dependin on what ya driving style is

Got yokohama Advan V103 on mine, 285 on the rear. Pretty sticky so far.

Cheapest I could get them was $700 a corner.

They're 20" and the ride is not that different to the 18's I was running.
