Alexi,

When i looked at it on street view it has all the vertex signs out the front as well as Vertex Yokahama writing on the sign on the front of the building.

If you have some good places post them up as is hard to work out where some of these shops are particularly when you don't know Japanese.

Regards

Matt

Vertex is the name of the line of aero parts they make. The company is called Car Make T&E.

Car Make T&E is located here. You can see it across the street.

The workshop where they actually build cars is called Sui:Vax (pronounced "swee-vah") and is kind of nearby, located here.

It is hard working out where some of these places are and if you were thinking of going over would be easier having the google link location so you can work out which train to catch and where to go. If you have the time would be great if you can add for the wider audience any further ones that come to mind.

Would be good if a mod can edit my first post with the correct links???

Whilst there earlier this year we managed to stumble across a few places completely by accident. We were at a small place ordering a feed off the vending machines when we saw this place (Garage A) over the road, unfortunately I have no idea where we were at the time.

They had a crazy LHD FC RX7 and a few sound comp vans. The bloke that ran the place was a nutter, he sat in the van at 120db with no ear plugs or anything.

If you're over there and Alexi helps you out, try to convince your mates that carrying on like a wanker is rude and disrespectful - especially in traffic.

I actually just got back, speaking to the guys @ T and E there is a few other workshops around where there factory is. JIC was one of them, not sure if this is just the service factory or the actual factory as didn't get a chance to check it out.

JIC Japan

A lot of these larger places don't sell to the public but through dealers so addresses on web sites seems hard to work out,
