OK - so most of you will be aware that DECA is on again - Saturday 7 November!! Yay!!

As always, the event wont go ahead unless we get enough people to help out on the day.

So we are calling for your assisstance - if your willing to help, or if your bringing a friend/missus who's willing to help - please speak up.

We can explain what you need to do if you have'nt done it before, so dont stress about that.

All officials will be given a free lunch and water during the day.

We also need all officials to be at DECA by 8.00am on Saturday morning - same time as competitors.'

Put Colin Clark down as the morning Skidpan hat starter/removalist.

He's definitely coming but I haven't had a chance to speak to him about it. I'll convince him tonight.

I can confirm Colin. He's more than willing.

how about, no passenger rides until all volunteering spots are filled

thats what i said in the DECA thread, ban morning passengers(also eliminates dead weight on timed runs), and limit viewing points to "encourage" people to volunteer for best views.

the free lunch does it for me ;)

I see there's still a flaggy spot available on the long wang. Someone jump in quick and get that spot! The flaggy positions are easily the best spectactor points on the long wang, and you get to see everyone fail at avoiding cones :D
