Changing Rego From Vic To Nsw

Hi all,

I am looking at purchasing a Skyline form VIC, its got quite a few mods on it, but is in immaculate condition.

To change the rego over from VIC to NSW, what exactly do i have to do?

I know i need a blue slip, but i need an Engineers report too yeah? What else?

If the Engineer sees something he does not like can he just NOT pass it, and am I then stuffed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers
