Jasma means its Japanese approved,,,It's not a brand name,,but only an Approved or Legal item....All Legal mufflers out of Japan have a Label welded to the underside of them....which states Jasma and them the approval number.............

I have seen the muffler in question, looks in pretty good condition so I would say its a pretty good buy for anyone lookin for a cheap rear muffler.
