I recently bought a rb25 s2 turbo with intention of putting it in my r32 gtst. The thing is, with my current stock rb20 turbo, the gasket is just about dead , which causes my car to stall randomly when im not in gear so i need to put the rb25 turbo in ASAP otherwise i wont be able to drive my car.

My question is that is it easy to fit on a 25 turbo into a rb20det? Im a bit spektical with fitting on the gasgets....should i do it myself or get someone with experience to put it on for me for a couple of hunderd bucks?

also, after putting the rb25 turbo, a r32 gtr fuel pump and injectors, AND after a nistune ecu upgrade, will i get a significant performance boost? is it worth the time and money?

It'll be a straight fit. The only thing you'll need to do is run a vacuum line off of your intercooler piping for the actuator, as your RB20 turbo has one built into the housing, where the RB25 doesn't.

If you re-use the RB20 actuator too, you'll have slightly higher boost. Think it's 2 psi or something difference.
