Secondary Bonnet Restraint

I've got to get one of these organised for Sunday coming. I don't mind buying or fabricating myself, but if someone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

Do you have a CF hood? Pins would be the best way to go.

I've got a standard bonnet, you can just use a strap to tie down the bonnet latch bit to a point in the engine bay.

That's what myself and others I go to track have been doing.

Std bonnet and don't really want clips. I'd be interested in hearing from people about how to rig something up yourself. Midlnight has been PM'd. Cheers.

I use a piece of chain (thick but not over the top) with two of those mountain climbing clamp thingies. Quick and easy to open.

Where to attach on the bonnet and where to attach on the car? Is the car attachment under bonnet or around the front of the front bar? Cheers.
