LOL. I'd love to see the rain dance for that.

it involves big macs, jelly donuts and the neighbours soundtrack.

it aint pretty.

Nah, gotta be something better than that...

its the best i could come up with on the spot. ill work on it.

In other news, put an offer on a house, missed out by a measly $1000

its a sign that you should build the 'R instead.

i have a nitro circus ticket, a jason alexander spectacular ticket (george from sienfeld standup), f1 ticket in melb and finally my bali plan ticket

but, im really wanting one of them luke, lol

who the fk are the nitro circus tickets through !

all i keep hearing is they are coming but i cant find any info at all

Fking yeeeeeeeewwwww the Silvos is coming along nicely now :P

New loom is bought, thankfully I guessed the right one to match my hacked one out of the 2 different Ceffy looms JIS had :P Engine mount sussed, turbo and ancillaries have all been transferred to the new motor, clutch and flywheel are on.

Tomorrow will hopefully see the rad getting a proper flush, the gearbox bolted up and the new loom connected up.

If we get lucky the motor may even be sitting in the bay by days end but that might be pushing it :)

I can hear the rev limiter bracing itself for some punishment already :D

    • I'm looking for a direct bolt on turbo upgrade for my 93 R33 GTST.  Anyone have experience with this Greddy T620Z turbo upgrade? I'd like to be able to run about 300hp to the rear wheels without putting too much strain on the turbo. I do daily drive the car.  Pretty stock car with basic bolt ons (exhaust outlet, down pipe, high flow cat and catback exhaust along with intake and FMIC).  I'l probably have a Haltech plug n play on the car before installing the turbo. https://www.greddy.com/products/turbo-upgrade-ecr33-er34-t620z-rb25-11520057   Also, any thought on this much boost on a 30 year old motor with 250,000KMs?  Engine feels/sounds strong for what it's worth.   Thanks you in advance!
    • Hey all, I'm working on a project car and I believe I made some mistakes. I'm looking to remove the clear coat from my car on most panels (except for panels where the paint has blistered, I will sand this), but wanted to know if these steps are correct?   1) Get a red scuff pad (abrasive one) instead of sand paper to remove the shine from the surface 2) get 400 grit sand paper and go over the entire car with a random orbital sander so the surface is smooth and the primer can grab onto something 3) On the blistered paint, go over it with around 120 grit sand paper, go to 240 to smooth out the scratches, then finish on 400 grit. Anything to add in here or any feedback?
    • Agreed, another vote for the Haltech CAN wideband.  No voltage offset errors is a beautiful thing.
    • Just get a Haltech CAN wideband, no need to wire any delay circuits, or relay, etc. Since I've moved to a Haltech CANbus wideband, I have not replaced a single sensor for over 5 years (if not longer, can't remember when moved to Haltach).
