when ever ive tried to obtain a discount in the past i get looked at like "wtf are you showing me that for"

Im on a non-ADSL enabled pairgain/RIM. Joy.

Its now 2010, ADSL1 has been widely availible for what 9 years now? I still cant get it. My exchange has ADSL2+ aswell but I cant get that either... And to make it even sweeter, my street has cable but its not commissioned
