i had a falt on the front of my car once but i didnt want to run a space saver on the front so ran the rear rim on the front and the space saver on the back.

kellie, was the space saver on the outside corner of the car while going around the corner (ie, right hand side going around a right hand bend?)

if so, the weight of the car probably shifted onto the skinny tyer and gave you understeer at a low speed. its happened to me before lol

thanx babe yes to your questions but it was right side tyre going around a left hand bend so all the weight went on that wheel

Thankyou you have been most helpful

like anything else on a car, you dont look after it, and bites you.

holingers are no exception to that.

Just ask Kier Wilson! All it takes is one 50c roll pin to snap :(

love reading these workshop tours. Its amazing that they are using crappy looking, 25 year old CNC machine to make camshafts. In the OS Giken factory, every single camshaft has come from one machine, and the operator knows all the popular camshaft settings off by heart!
