gtargh
Can anyone tell me if gtr's have twin blowoff valves or a single one? and if it is twins is it easy to convert to just a single? ive heard of it being done before but dont know whats involved in it. Also which ones would you recommend, I dont know alot about the different types, but would rather them be quiet when driving normally, and really only make some noise under boost. I know about adjustable ones but my last adjustable made basically the same noise no matter what, or should I just go with a plumb-back setup? Also Ive heard the HKS bovs leak alot, is this true? thanks in advance! EVL R33
Why do you want to change the stock BOVs? Unless they are broken they will handle over 500hp no worries.. If you are running pods with stock BOV's you will get a decent woosh noise under high revs but quiet when cruising... Hiroshima Screamer
if you want them to be fairly quiet i wouldn’t suggest aftermarket id keep the standard bring up the boost and chuck in pods should be loud enough for what you want like EVL R33 said but if you want to go louder id go HKS SSQ Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/29210-blowoff-valves-for-a-gtr/#findComment-599582 Share on other sites
