Help Cleaning The Aav

Ok, so my idling problems are probably stemed from a dirty AAV and I know its under the plenum/intake. Do you have to remove the plenum to get to the AAV? I looked from under the hood and asume the AAV is near the rear of the plenum.

No, goto the tutorial section for the guide, it is at the back of the engine up the top left when facing front of car, it has a couple of hoses run into it. My suggestion is you goto the tutorial which has photos of it so you will spot it in 2 seconds

its AAC valve, not AAV. but go to the DIY section.
