so driving down the highway, knock it back to third to over take and the revs go up but no acceleration... It seems fine to take off with, but i can make it slip by putting the foot down, anyone know how long it takes to go from this to not being able to move the car at all?

also There's a noise coming from the clutch somtimes when i engage or disengage it, I think this is a thrust bearing noise, but I'm no mechanic... does anyone know if this noise could have somthing to do with the clutch slipping?

Cheers in Advance

It does sound like your clutch is slipping. If you treat it right it'll probably last you long enough but you will need it soon.

When you do get it changed, make sure you get your thrust bearing and scopot bearing changed, easy and cheap to do while the gearbox is out, and will ensure you don't get weird noises anymore.

Yeah I'm looking at getting a new one right now, spuin i found out that the r33 and r34 clutches are different and the r34 one costs a crap load more

also It's under 200rwkw atm but I'm looking at doing a computer and boost controller to get it around the 210ish mark hopefully, so i just need one for that sort of power
