Have you tried to reset/drain the ECU? or even check for codes? When you start it up after let her sit for 5 min, drive around at 1700 revs for another couple mins. Maybe the ECU didnt like you unplugging things.

Something similar happened to me when I changed my plugs, but with tonnes of knock! Turns out that after ECU reset, warming and slow drive it all went away. I believe the timing just had to be adjusted/dialed in by the ECU.

LOL...i see but if the pins were bent once i put the original nissan ones back in it would do the same vibration thingy, but it didnt so it worked fine, anyhow i will install the new set tomorrow sometime and see how it goes...
The pins are in the coilpack, not in the loom.

Have you gone through the standard test to determine which coil is the problem?
