Today It was my first startup after my single turbo conversion on the gtr.Every thing double checked , I entered the new injector info in the d jetro then when I go to start up ,it starts, then dies after like 2 seconds. If I tap the throttle on and on it will stay on but its struggling, also won't pass 3000rpm...

for the injectors ,correct me if i'm wrong. old size /new size 444/750=0.592 x100 = 59.2% then new latency - old latency [email protected]= 0.01msec

So I entered 59 % for correction and .02 for latency ..cause theres no .01

I also turn off the boost control feedback and 02 sensor feedback.

My map sensors are tee'd of the pcv valve, and the car never ran with the pfc before.

Can someone shed some light on what could be wrong?

I checked your calculations for correct and latency and they're correct (assuming you are sure you have the correct injector size and latency for the new injectors).

I can only think of 2 things, you need to do the idle procedure here: http://paulr33.skylinesaustralia.com/docs/...erfc-faq.htm#21

And the other thing trying a different source to T the map sensor.

PCV valve IS NOT a vacuum / boost source. You need to T off the FPR, or some other hose connected to the plenum.

If that still doesn't solve the problem, you need to adjust fuel &/or timing in the idle area of the maps.

Alot of people have been runing the map sensors off the pcv valve with great results and others told me to leave the fpr have its own vaccum source .

For the injector size and latency I found the latency on this site http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/lag.htm Siemmens deka 750's = .76 @ 14v.

Noticed today when I raised the fuel pressure the car stayed on a little longer but not much..Also when I reset the pfc and left it on the stock injector settings it also help staying on longer then the actual new injector settings(stays on for only 5 sec).

did you ever do the base idle adjustment on this PFC? has this PFC ever worked?

when you install a new PFC you need to do the idle adjust and self learn to make sure it idles correctly

this is covered in the PFC FAQ under new installation steps.

if this PFC used to idle in the past check the basics such as fuel, spark and sensors

Yes it has worked on someone elses car,I can't get the car to idle at all,it dies to soon so I wouldn't be able to do the idling self learn.Could it be anything with the Idle control valve?
