I have the same ones as yours, I thought they are clip-on?

So you can just take it off, unclip it and send the metal guard. You can keep the factory plastic ones underneath, no need to ask the buyer to send theirs in?

narh mine are clip on (straight into the holes of the door) ... dont have factory ones under. THis is the 2nd Skyline I've had with them. You must have a different one. I require the stock plastic ones on top of the steel ones, or without them there are just holes and u can see the staple where carpet is
