Oil Pressure And Oil Temp Stock Gauges R34

i would just like to know what the oil temp and oil pressure should be at warm and cold and also when you really push it. On my stock gauge if i bring the engine to 6k a few time the oil temp is about 78-80 but oil pressure drops to the bar below the middle one ie the one below the 4. Just wondering if this is in the right range for a r34.

Oil temp should ideally sit between 75-90c, when you really push it, it can go over 100c easily depending what you're doing (hill climb, track work etc).
