Dyno tuning stock GTR ecus?

Is there anything that can be tuned with any amount of performance to be gained on a factory R33 GTR ecu? Or am I better off waiting till I get a powerfc

Ive also read somewhere that alot of people with 33 gtr's exchange the ecu for a 32 gtr, as they are apparently more tunable then the 33, yet it didnt say anything about what can be changed, or what gains to expect.

I currently just have a 3" exhaust from the factory front pipes, and aftermarket pods (soon to have a cold air setup, just temp at the moment). Im just waiting till after christmas to order a powerfc, but want to get it on the dyno now just to make sure everything is running ok and not leaning out/running rich.
