Hey all,

My names Cameron, today I became the proud owner of a '02 M35 Stagea. Well, put a deposit on it anyway. Change over is next week.

Are there any other M35 owners around the GC? There's a bloke around the corner from me with a white autech axis m35 so thats atleast one.

Looking forward to learning all about my new Stag in the coming months. I have some questions already but ill try the search button first.

For anyone interested, the one I put the deposit on is this one: M35

Cheers

Hey there Cameron - welcome to the joy of M35 ownership. Looks like you have saved a few dollars in mods already :D

Congrats on your purchase!

Thanks guys, current owner is running 14psi on the stock turbo so I think ill take her back down as I don't want to go through the turbo too quick :(

I can't wait for next week!

I was considering that car a few days ago. Lucky for you I'm in Adelaide and Qld is too far away!

No seriously, I was interested in that car but found out that it didn't have leather seats so I pass. Funny thing is that I know that the material seats are more comfy than the leather seats anyway so go figure..

Nice car though, and a good buy.

14-15PSI is standard

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I was not sure what standard boost is, I just got warned by my mate last night (owns a S15) to be careful as the ceramic wheel cant handle too much boost. After reading on here it looks like there is some truth to that.

I had a bit of a search but could not find the info I need on one thing in particular, the M35 has the screen/navi combo, on the rear side glass in the boot there is the antenna for the navigation stuck to both sides, since theres 1/100 chance that it will be able to be converted to English, am I able to just get rid of the antenna stuff?

Nice buy Cameron. Welcome to M35 ownership.

Would be interested to hear what the pod sounds like (looks to me like a Blitz Sonic Filter even though the ad stated Apexi :P )

Good to see a third pearlescent blue RS around. Some interesting mods, but I did have to laugh at what the seller said at the bottom of the ad

You have certainly saved yourself a bit of coin though :/

EDIT: maybe you will need Xenon headlights if those have been disconnected for compliance? ;)

thanks mate, pod sounds pretty good, kind of gets lost once it hits boost because all you can hear is spoool. The pod is a bit shiney for me though, I come from euro cars where everything has to look OEM :D. It does look blue in the photos but its silver, which is always easy to keep clean! Cant wait! The seller was a top bloke though, very friendly and knew his stuff.

Oh and it still has the xenons so got to be happy with that!

Cameron I took delivery of an m35 two weeks ago which is dark blue has bodykit and Nismo springs and shocks. I live in the Upper Coomera region and I,m like you at the moment still finding my way around the cars electrics but hopefully a visit to Chris Rogers on Wed should get a few answers to its mysterious. Enjoy your car they certainly grow on you
