Cusco Adjustable Castor Or Whiteline Castor Kit

hey my bushes are worn, im wondering i do some trackdays and very keen on the handling of my car but i use it everyday aswell, what benefit/risks are there when using the full adjustable castor rods like cusco or just swapping to some aftermarket bushes. i found some second hand cuscos cheap so i was going to by them, any info would help cheers.

rose jointed adjustable arms will give u more adjustment, and less play, increase NVH, but will wear much sooner. Adjustable bushes wont give u anywhere near the adjustment, will allow some play, less NVH, but will wear a lot longer.
