Final Inspection

Hey all,

Thought I'd share my experience,

Went to see Damien @ Final Inspection on Sat, All I have to say is he knows his stuff and does an amazing job, very professional.

My car as you may or may not know my car has just been resprayed and this was the first cut polish it has received, as per instructions not to get it done too soon. Also didn't want it getting botched by some hack

For anyone looking to get this done I can't recommend Damien enough, very reasonable price for the service provided, He was even kind enough to give it a wax with Carnauba Wax!

Sorry to hijack your thead but I must agree Damien is the best around, and if you are like me and like to do it yourself then he also sells the best products.

If you need the best supplies or best service and quality he is the only one to consider.

I was there when you dropped your car off, I would have said hi if I had known you were one of the SAU crew!

I bought myself some presents

And then went home and used some of them.....

hahahah, you most likely not only got possibly the best carnauba wax ever made (Royale) but you probably got a sealant layer underneath as well. Can't do all the correction work and not protect the car.

You can get decent carnauba waxes for around $40-$50 (p21s) but if you want to rush out and buy some Royale, you'll need about $18k handy

check with D, but you probably got FI Seal, followed by Royale - or possibly FI's own carnauba wax

It was a stage 1 as the car had a fresh coat of paint stage 2 was unnecessary. I had to wait about one and a half weeks

Damian is probably the best Detailer in Australia.

I heard that a car from Dubai is being sent over for a Concours level detail. About AUD12.5K for that level of detail!
