I've managed to break the exhaust housing on a stock R33 turbo. Everything else is still in good condition, no shaft play and the fins are not chipped.

Just wondering if its possible to replace the rear housing with a second hand one without much trouble? Or if anyone has a suggestion on how to repair it I'd appreciate hearing it :(

Pic attached to show whats happened.

No need to upgrade at the moment as I don't have a 33 anymore unfortunately. I was thinking of repairing it and keeping for a spare in the future or selling it.

I guess I could sell it as is, but it can't be worth much with the damage.

Waoo, How did you manage to do that. lol. thats some very hard metal. Pulling the rust jammed bearing housing out of the stock turbine housing with a ceramic wheel can be very challenging, Normally the wheel would break through the shock when you are trying to hammer or get them apart.

My suggestion is to actually machine out of the stock T3x turbine flange and weld in a new one without pulling any bits of it apart. Try your local machinery shops. If no one wants to do it we can have it done for $200.
