its a shame that in this world... it can take 1 scumbag to completly mess your life up, harass you, damge your property that you work hard for, make you live in fear that he might be outside, or worse. make you up and move house, change jobs, schools, cars, etc..

why is it... people need to have an interview, show earnings and employment historys to buy or rent a house, get a car etc.. its a massive deal to get a house loan... but people can breed willy nilly.. no matter if they are mentally or financially fit to bring a human being into this world.. and teach it the proper values and morals.

we can cull kangaroos, we can cull koalas, we can ban certain breeds of dogs that "can" attack, we can harpoon whales for "testing"

why the F%^k cant we cull humans?? ban people from breeding?? send people away that "can" pose a threat to society?? why are humans so important that everyone that is brought into the world should be kept because it is inhumane to remove a human life.

why is it that if you jump my fence with bad intentions and my dog bites you... my dog gets put down and i have to pay your hospital bills.. and you dont even get charged with anything because you didnt actually break and to enter my house.

This morning i woke up to find that someone had come to my house again and dropped tablets for my dogs to eat, attempted poisoning - lucky my dogs only chewed one and spat it out.

The pills were thrown through the side-gate (exactly where i told the mower that he could enter as it was unlocked) as of the start of the vandalism, it has been locked, so the pills were thrown through with a few rebounding to the front of the gate/house; all together 8 tablets which ill pop to uni with to get tested for toxins.

im simply waiting now, nervous as my dogs are part of my family and im now past the point of shrugging off simple vandalism; Its currently 11:50 or so and i dread waking up tomorrow to find my dogs dead or worse.

the police dont want to know about the tablets, they simply dont care - told us "we're wasting their time"

anyways dont know why im writing this but i need somebody to talk to, even if its just a computer screen on a car forum

thanks man, Im taking every precaution now, locked gates, lights on, dogs in laundry and cars in garage - i keep wanting to go get him but its really not who i am; capable, yes but i like people too much and getting a rotton apple in the bunch every now and then comes with life so ill try n shrug this off; i wrote him a warning note to stay away from us. Hopefully that works

most everyone on here is a dog lover, they give that unconditional love and stick by you when ur down in the dumps - thank god im moving soon.

On a more positive note, i went to the panel beaters today (family friend) and quoted 800 to fix my front bar, scratches and the nice little word written on the wheel arch.

ordering nismo skirts and rear pods to get fitted at the same time - a good excuse to do it ey?

buying from bodyform aero in sydney, had some good feedback on them from other skyline owners; anyone care to add some more feedback?

cheaper than insurance excess at 1500bux for justcar and my premium wont go up. the bmw is only 500 excess so probably pay for that though.

How did this all turn out? Really respect you holding yourself back, that takes a lot of willpower to fight the natural rage instict. I nearly took a bat to a guy because he ripped my "S" badge off the bonnet of my car three years ago at my party, my mum and close friends had to hold me back cause at that point i wanted to kill him. Can't imagine being in your situation. The dogs would have been the final straw for me. I could easily kill a man if he killed my dog as im sure most others would. Amazing what people are capable of in such events. Hope it all turned out fine and he left you and your family alone. Absolutely pathetic, hope Karma comes back to him one day.

Hey guys, I havent been on the forums for a bit cos of this issue. Basically there were a total of 7 attempted poisonings: bleach tablets, codral tablets, rat poison, panadol, some orange unknown tablet and something im not sure of - kinda looks like salt granules.

had an investigator come - took our video evidence, tablets and photos of damage. Basically nothing has been done!

I managed to stop the crap with something quite insane but it worked. My car has been fixed with some nismo skirts and pods; ill post some pics soon.

trying to pop it behind me, i thank everyones sympathy and support - it helps to keep some sanity.
