Took the m35 to Chris Rogers in Brisbane today to get a new radio fitted and sort out my non functioning reversing camera and after watching him pull the dash to pieces and half the internal fittings of the car there is no-way I would bother to attempt doing this myself considering what he charged me, I would certainly reccomend his services to anybody wanting electrical work doing to their import, thanks Chris.

I just took mine to my local autobarn and they fitted my stereo for me, including attaching the little bluetooth mic etc to the centre console near the gear lever. Took them less than 1hr and cost me $80. :D

There is a DIY howto for the V35 (search for V35 ipod install or something like that) if anyone's interested - was for a US model though so its on the wrong side of the car...but easy enough to figure out.

Haha! Yep, they certainly look different with that dash pulled apart. Bit time consuming (if you are figuring it out), but certainly doable.

Bit of fun too!

Fun is not a word I,d use with my eye sight and being outside in the Qld sunshine at 30+
