Underbody Sealing

The 33 has started to get a little surface rust on the underbody and a couple of the suspension pieces. Nothing at all major, just starting to look like its starting to colour. I assume its from the salt on the Japanese roads.

Has anyone treated this? What's the best method?

I was going to give it a light wire brush, and give it a spray with rustkill, so that it lasts forever But I've been told I should use a special paint, even tho it doesn't have paint additives..

Info would be much appreciated. Want to do it in one hit, so I can use my mates hoist..
