I did it myself. You take the struts out, carefully undo everything and swap the springs over, then put them back together.

Some people say you need a spring compressor but in my experience I didn't. Be careful though! You should be able to tell before you pull it apart how much tension the spring is under. If in doubt, buy a spring compressor.

Id have a couple of spring compressors as back up anyway as some most springs have a bit of preload so you'll have problems getting the struts back together.

Other than that its a piece of cake, if you can get the assembly off the car then you can swap the springs, it's only one nut and assembly is the reverse of dismantling.

dude it will take you about 30 mins per corner or so, maybe 45 at a max to change it over if its your first time.

it is very simple

the rear is a little more time consuming cos you gotta pull the rear shelf out to get to the suspension top, but thats easy also.
