lol lol..

it was an accord, and i was searching for some yabby farm... so i can have some nice chilli boiled yabbies, but when i crashed, i went home.

anyway its fixed, the guy just put in 2 screws and it was done, so the number plate place is soft eh? i didn't know that...

so, i'll be going either this weekend or next again, to search for that elusive yabby farm...

That is illegal too, you need to have the number plate there, just take the bolts and nuts you have to bunnings get 2 the same or close enough and bolt it back on, if the holes are a little bigger now due to being ripped out get bigger bolts or some bigger washers.

Might be illegal as a permanent solution but I'm certain an officer of the law would be understanding if you explained your numberplate situation...it is better than nothing.

next time you need a number plated fitted i'll get my GF to do it for you

LOL.

Unfortunately, It's not really better than nothing if the copper wants to be pedantic. You aren't complying with the law with cardboard and texta! At least if they acknowledge you made an effort they may be lenient.
