my car is currently blowing a fairly decent amount of oil smoke which is believed to be either the valve stem seals or the turbo seals. looking like the turbo seals at the moment as it happens when on boost but also for a while after you back off (excess oil in the exhaust burning off?) however the turbo has less than 2500km on it

but it only seems to blow smoke if you rev it past 5000rpm, could it be that there is too much oil going to the turbo and it is forcing its way past the seals? (GT35R only running the factory restrictor in the oil inlet on the turbo) would i be better off installing a smaller restrictor in the oil feed to the turbo?

Take your oil line off and take photos of the feed going into the turbocharger. I want to see the banjo and the bolt that goes through it. Also make sure the size of the holes are visable in the pics.
