Will A Stock Series 2 Spoiler Fit A Series 1 R33

Just found a cheap stock series two spoiler i wanna put on my series one R33 Coupe.

Is this a straight "bolt on using the same bolts and holes" job, or am i going to have to make new holes or cover up existing ones?

If I was going with some epic aftermarket job, I don't mind the work involved, but the appeal of this is the "straight swap and good price"

Yep, exactly same holes.

I have a 93 (S1) and it has/had a S2 spoiler on it.

The 33 GTR spoilers have 2 extra bolts but 15 seconds with an angle grinder let me put a GTR spoiler on my baby

+1. I put a S2 spoiler on my S1, fit straight on. All bolts and clips line up easily.
