Rb20 Wont Start? Can Anyone Help?

Ok It is a silvertop rb20 conversion into silvia. All wiring is done. When cranked it will cough and fire on 2-3 cylinders then nothing for a couple of secs then maybe 4cylinders then it floods and will only fire on 1 or 2 there after. I have had plugs out and earthed out. All six spark. Did the same with the injectors they all work. Remove plugs and they are always black. I have a constant 12v at aic and aac and both signals run back to ecu. I also have the orange wire that remaps the ratio at cold start hooked up correctly. I also have an r33 fuel pump. There are no boost leaks. I cant work it out. Any help would be awesome thanks guys

What ECU is running this engine? Are the injectors the factory set, or hi-flow aftermarket types? What fuel pressure is it running?

Try giving it some throttle at start (allow more air into the cylinders).
