Random Topic - Superchargers On Euro

Im interested to hear if anyone has had experience with bolting on superchargers (either vortex or standard) on mercedes benz engines

i have the right gear box setup, and motor seems to be missing some forced induction but what would be your best recommendation for a C-class benz?

any advice whether professional or amature would be appreciated.

Mate check out the merc forums to see if anyones done it before, ie. get some insight into the mod *pros/cons* issues, and how much boost the standard ECU will allow you. Cant be 2 hard

thats what i thought dale but.....the ECU has been tappered with and is running more fuel

requires a dyno tune though

yeh well the model after this (W203) comes standard with their tiny kompressors and im pretty sure theyre similar motors. I dont think it will need much funds but cant hurt to find out i guess

a turbo would just complete the package though LOL

the model after this series ( W203) came with standard kompressors and they do have the same/similar motors so cant be that hard...might be a bit pricey but cant hurt to find out i guess

u reckon i might have to rip apart the block for new gaskets, rods etc?
