Seeing as how there's no way to tell where those wires are going from that pic, it's kinda hard to tell...

It kinda looks like a ballast for HID lighting though. If it's not, and it is indeed a grounding kit then it won't do much, but if you have an auto R34 then it will speed that up a bit.

hi all just wondering, does anyone know what this is??

Is it a grounding kit or spark booster of some kind?

And what would it be doing on a almost stock gtt (exhaust, boost controller)?

i have got the same thing on my car. apperantly its a volt stabilizer. maintains even voltge throug out the car. did a search on the net and found this out. if ur car is running a lot of LED lights or anything electical...then this unit maintains even voltge not putting a load on your battery. also works as ur grounding unit. thats all it is. hope it helps. do a search as there is a lot of infor on it.

Show a pic of where all the wiring is going. Looks like an earthing kit with a voltage stabilizer, i have a similar Pivot one on mine.

it is (volt stabilizer)....runs from the batery and on to the car body and engine.

heres some better pics... so it might be HID ballasts or voltage stabiliser?
