Just doing some research on what clutch I might need to get Ive been looking at the exedy range and reading the other posts I want a clutch that will handle 300kw and will be used for everyday driving and occasional drift or drag track days, I've come to a conclusion of two clutches the exedy sports organic clutch of exedy sports ceramic, it says the ceramic will take more but Ive read other people are wearing out the ceramic clutches very quickly with everyday driving what are your thoughts?

Honestly...........spend the extra $400 and get an exedy twin.

Mine hasnt missed a beat. And i KNOW that i don't have to treat it like glass, it loves the punishment.

If i went a single exedy, i would be counting down the days till it died :)

extra 400? if that were the case I would go one but there like 2000+ and these are 6-700

LoL then your getting ripped off.

I got mine fitted and supplied for 1650.

You get what you pay for, if u think a single clutch will cope with 300kw and the bashing it gets from that, without EVER failing (unless its a J/B) you will be sorely mistaken.

That does not include their single plate ''race only'' plates, but they wont sell one to you for a street car.

ORC twin plate, simple to drive, light pedal. Ours has lasted 5 seasons of abuse and still sedate enough to let mum drive to shops. They have a much nicer pedal take up than the exedy twins which are a bit harsh.
