Hey all! I've adjusted my tps today as It wasn't reading the correct value. I've adjusted it according to the r33 workshop manual values and its sitting on 0.4v at idle which is perfect. Anyway the problem I'm having is that the value should be approx 5v when the accelerator pedal is fully pressed in. Instead I'm getting 3.9v. Is there something I have to adjust on the throttle body or could it be a faulty tps. Any suggestions would be great!

No that is not correct. 0.4v is a minimum value. I've never seen them over approx 4.1v at WOT either. Much after that and you'll hit the dead band on the sensor.

Try getting it to 0.45-0.55v and you should see the 4.1v at WOT

Thanks for that mate! will give that a go :)

Thanks for that Dan. Adjusted mine last night to about 0.48v... was originally at 0.40.

My idle increase up from 750 to 1100 when I did it, what does that indicate? I've now adjusted the idle screw on the AAC valve back down so that it's running around 750 again now.
