Help Required Tcs And Slip Lights On

Hi All

I recently purchased an R34 GTT and the TCS and SLIP Lights sometimes switch on whilst driving shortly after the engine light switches on and I start loosing power to the engine. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this and recomend any good workshops around the northern suburbs of Melbourne?

Hi mate,

I think it's just the wiring of the switch or a loose hose or wire somewhere.

I suggest you either take it to Chasers on Dynon Road in Footscray or RS Performance in Sunshine. Good luck.

Check all your ABS wheel/diff speed sensors and associated wires/plugs are all connected and in good order.

Same with the ABS unit.

could be coil packs.. maybe poss for afm.. do a search as this gets asked a fair bit.. read over the threads to see if your symptoms match.. also run a diagnostic will tell you a poss problem.. the instructions for that are in one of those threads too..

do a search lots of trouble with the stock coilpacks on 34 GTT's ... myself included and those lights usually mean an ignition fault which is usually coilpacks. Don't muck around and just get some splitfires
