GTR - Choking, Surging, Running Very Rich, & Other Issues

Guys,

The GTR currently has, Turbosmart Bleed Valve, Full exhaust front to back (standard dumps), & HKS Pods. The cars going to Ice, next week the Cam Gears & Power Fc get installed.

But since I've had the car,

1. It runs so so so rich that I virtually have to wash the rear bumper every day.

2. Sometimes the car feels invinceable, like a jet monster eating up the road leaving the E55 for dead . Then sometimes, an old 120Y would eat it up a hill. I also notice on some occasions, if I switch the car on & off, it runs OK.

The feeling is like the car is making all this noise, but going nowhere, the turbos spool but throw you back. Sometimes, you can feel the turbos sort of choking or surging no matter how hard you floor it.

Yeh, I just got my GTR back from my mechanice. Just upgraded CAT & changed spark plugs & made a CAI & partition for my pods & decided to back timing back a little. Unfortunately when I first drive the car round for the first 3 minutes or so it runs pretty rough - surging & choking with constant appliaction of throttle. Whereas before it had really smooth power delivery & well after the first initial driving it runs really well. Any ideas?

Oh, dropped the timeing back a little because I had to run 96 octane for a couple of months but now got BP Ultimate so i will advance it again.
