Hi Guys.....do you know any place apart from Turbotech that can rebuild an t25 turbo off a R32 Skyline....for a resonable price.

I got quoted a price starting at $600.00 from Turbotech so I was wondering if it could be done cheaper.

hmm thats a good price, go to hypergear and speak to Tao, he does all the performance turbo rebuilds for 880 . He did mine and mine gets full boost at 3800rpm 18psi, just give hime your stock turbo and he will rebuild it! he lives in Melbourne though. His on the fourms here to.

Stock GTR turbos are sleeve bearing.

I Actually recommend you to have your ceramic turbine wheel replaced rebalanced with steel wheel plus 360degrees performance bearings and seals installed. Our charge for above it is $660 (inc GST) per-turbo.
