Steering Wheel Help!

I have recently bought a R32 Skyline that I am trying to get road worthy. It came with an Autotecnica steering wheel, but I am trying to get the standard one back on.

Question is is this a ground cable? Or is it something else? And does that wiring setup look right?

Power comes from a wire inside the column, and grounds on the outside. Thats looks like a boss kit I think?

Pretty sure thats how it goes. Its been a while since I've played around with steering wheels

Yeah, I got it all sorted out and working until I turned the wheel and ripped half the wires.

This will be fun to fix.

Thats your horn sensor wire... It should go inside the wheel on the pressure plate thing and that black plug goes into the plug on the underside of the steering column..
