Moroso Oil Accumukator - Anyone Used One?

Just looking for feedback on Moroso Oil Acculator's and if anyone has used one.

I don't particulary want to remove my sump atm to put baffles in to combat oil surge. I have have seen these though, any thoughts?

A lot of guys here in the states use them with out issue.

they have to be plumbed into oil gallery, other than that its a good safety back-up.

also the original (& cheaper) canton accusump - same stuff in principle.

basically you hook up a remote oil filter setup and T the accusump in there.

simple as.

Yeah just t piece into the remote filter lines. Looks simple enough!

Yeah we run one (canton) in the race car, setup with a solenoid. Cost was about 480 including solenoid and brackets etc...

Soon as the igntion is turned on it pre oils the engine (oil pressure before cranking) then it refills during run time. Any time the oil pressure drops below 40psi it discharges into the engine. Soon as you shut the engine down it shuts the solenoid off and hold pressure in the system for the next start.

I will post pics. We use it plumbed directly into the side of the greddy pump (as there is a dash 10 fitting there from factory).

I didn't know they did pre-oiling also. That's good stuff. Might have to look into one of these if they are that cheap.

Yep the pre-oiling is a good feature. Easier with solenoid though, as if you don't have the solenoid you have to pop the bonnet and open the ball valve before you start (and close the valve before you switch off so you have a shot for the next start.
