JonnoHR31
if you can install a manual one and a stereo (or anything electrical for that matter) then you can do it yourself. the hardest part is deciding which way to run the wires and hoses Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297846-ebc/#findComment-4957990 Share on other sites
StealthX
duuuuuuuuuuuude, stop talking like that right now... haha 'i wants a EBC' should = "I want an EBC' sorry gramma police lol seriously though... Are you prepared to fork out 3-500 dollars for one? IMO, they're good, but don't really do much of a job more than a manual one, boost control is boost control. Unless your spiking and/or need more range of adjustment, a manual one does fine. Only really benefit if you need to constantly adjust yours boost levels in-cabin. Flow me a carton and ill do it for ya (I live in Perth too) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297846-ebc/#findComment-4958117 Share on other sites

Flow me a carton and ill do it for ya (I live in Perth too) there is a big difference between manual and electric boost controller. most ebc will have gain setup which allow you to bring on boost early (with-in reason, the higher the gain level the more probably you will get boost spike) there is a reason why manual is $50 and an ebc is anywhere from $250-$600. Most of them are very simple to install they will have only 4-5wires, which will be something like : ground, power, ignition, lamination etc some many require tapping into ecu wires but it is a fairly straight forward job Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297846-ebc/#findComment-4959773 Share on other sites

What Kaido said sum's it up. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297846-ebc/#findComment-4960741 Share on other sites
